The crisis hits children with some condition or disability hardest
On the occasion of the commemoration of the International Day to be aware of the condition of Autism, the deputy to the National Assembly Amelia Belisario considered it appropriate to give special recognition to all those families and especially the blue mothers, who live in Venezuela tragedy even greater because of the economic crisis that the country is going through.

The parliamentarian said that the economic difficulties faced by mothers with children who have the condition of autism is brutal, because this vulnerable population requires medicines that are not currently available in the country and must be purchased in other countries with a free currency because they do not they have access to the official dollar.
Children with the condition of autism should also have a low-gluten diet whose cost is very high double the normal diet and additionally they should go from two to three therapy sessions per week which is also not optional, they are mandatory in order to achieve inclusion and full integration of these children into the education system, most children must attend a low school and these have a higher cost, explained Belisario.
The call is to make visible the issue of autism, is for everyone to talk about this growing population, and especially that the authorities enforce the right of these children to an effective treatment like all those who suffer from any disability.
